Most banners are made of vinyl although some of the earlier ones are canvas. Several are nylon or cloth. They have been rolled on cardboard tubes with unbuffered tissue paper to protect them. The files are arranged chronologically and may include correspondence, promotional material, artist contracts, and other documents related to the preparation of musical events. Also included are printed programs from 1924-2011.

Exhibition, event, gallery, and marketing posters. Exhibition posters that are listed twice indicate that more than one graphic design has been used. Series three includes posters created for gallery reinstallations, general posters featuring artwork in the collections, and marketing posters. Some posters are mounted. Posters are stored in flat file cabinets which is why no box numbers are included.

This small collection on microfilm consists of transcripts of radio talks presented by museum staff on local radio stations on various topics including the May Show, the Museum's twentieth anniversary, exhibitions, collections, and programs. Regretfully, there are no audio files to accompany the transcripts.

Slides from various offices depicting exhibitions, events, and views of the museum and museum construction. Included are a large number of exhibition installation slides from former museum designer, William Ward. Slides are stored in slide boxes in cool storage. Folder titles refer to the subject heading of a particular group of slides. Subject headings can include any number of slides.
